Baby Harrison #2 is a ........

BOY!!

Yesterday we had a last minute ultrasound and luckily, we were able to find out the gender! We were so excited! We thought it was going to be strictly business during the ultrasound, to check my placenta. (i'll explain in a few) But she asked us if we'd like to know the gender if we can tell and of course, we said yes!
At my appointment on Tuesday, the 23rd, my dr was worried that i had a placenta rupture. I woke up with a little bit of blood coming out and for the last 3 weeks, ive had SO much pressure in my lower abdomen along with sharp pains. There was no way to check at my appointment on Tuesday because the ultrasound tech was out of the office. So we rescheduled it the next morning and i was put on bed rest until that appointment. I HATE BED REST!! Seriously. Theres nothing worse. Luckily, we have some great friends and one of them brought us dinner and gave me a blessing (alongside my husband) It was amazing. So thankful for my worthy priesthood holder in my home. Anywho, we went in for the ultrasound and found NO tear! Thank goodness! We did find out that my placenta is really low, about 1 cm away from my cervix. She thinks it probably irritated my cervix a bit, causing it to bleed. She said, if it was any lower then we'd have some problems but luckily the placenta will only get higher and not lower! Also, the baby is breech. Which isnt something to worry about since im having another c-section anyways, but that too, is another reason why im having so much pressure down there. All in all, it was a good visit! Dont have a UTI,Baby is healthy, i am healthy and we have no serious problems! THANK GOODNESS! My dr did say that i am a little underweight.... UNDERWEIGHT! That was music to my ears considering how fat i was my last pregnancy!! haha. Ive only gained 5 pounds! WOOOO HOOOOO!!!
Pax was with us when we did the ultrasound. He loves going to my appointments caus the can "see the baby". After the appointment, i said, "are you so excited for your baby brother?" And he goes, "no, no baby brother... Baby sister!" SOOOOO we have a little bit of work cut out for us in changing his mind set! haha.
We are so excited and cant wait to meet this little one!!
