Hello, Arizona.

Well we are officially moved into our condo in Peoria. Its a pretty spacious area and is also in a good area. We were supposed to close on our house on April 19th but it fell through. Which now, i am SO thankful it did. I hated the area. Dont know what we were thinking to buy a house when we were in another state. Marc went and saw it and liked the house. I liked the house. But the area.... NO WAY! Anywho, we asked to extend on the closing date, and they wouldn't. We just needed one more month to defer one of Marc's student loans when it comes into repayment. But it didnt happen. Again, totally thankful. Back then i wasn't but now i am. It was frustrating that we forked out money on the appraisal, the inspection and we put down an earnest deposit. Which 1000 of it we couldnt get back. Darn it. But now, hindsight is 20/20. And we know Heavenly Father was watching over us in that endeavor.

Sometimes things fall apart so greater things can fall together.

We totally believe that 100%. So here we are, renting. I hate renting! Im sure a lot of you can agree with me on just wanting your own home, to paint, to build, to decorate however you want. But the timing wasnt right for us. Renting is giving us time to look at areas we like. And we arent having to rush into anything. I hated that.

When the kids and i got to Arizona on April 10th, Marc was staying with my sister and we joined them. We stayed with her for about 2 weeks and then moved out into our own condo on April 21st. It took me forever to unpack because i have 3 kids all day everyday. (my 2 boys and niece) BUT we are unpacked and decorated and we like it. Ill post pictures soon.

Goodbye Utah....

Well, we officially have left Utah. Marc flew in Friday night about 6 pm and we finished the little bit of packing and loading the truck. My in-laws packed almost the whole rental truck!! Dont know what i wouldve done without them! THANK YOU!! We left about 8am on Saturday the 30th. As we were following behind Marc in the budget truck, i couldnt help but look out at the view and get teary eyed. Utah was our home for a little over 4 years. FOUR YEARS! We spent our newlywed time here, we started a family here, we made life long friends here.... Its kinda heartbreaking to leave an area FULL of memories. WONDERFUL memories. But alas, our time has come to actually settle down. We cant wait for the many new memories we get to create in our new home... Arizona!
